Precision seamless tubes are manufactured via cold drawing, cold rolling and precision finishing processes, featuring ultra-precise dimensional tolerance, smooth inner & outer surfaces, uniform wall thickness and excellent mechanical performance.Compared with ordinary hot-rolled seamless tubes, precision tubes have tighter tolerance control, less surface oxide skin and better straightness, widely used in hydraulic systems, machinery equipment, automotive parts, instrument piping and high-precision mechanical structural components requiring high dimensional accuracy.

4. Production Process Flow
Raw tube blank pickling & phosphating: Remove surface rust, form lubrication film for cold working
Cold drawing / cold rolling precision forming: Control OD and wall thickness to precision tolerance
Stress relief annealing / full annealing: Eliminate cold work hardening, improve machinability
Straightening: Ensure tube straightness
Inner & outer surface polishing / honing (optional): Ultra-smooth inner wall for hydraulic usage
Cutting to fixed lengths, deburring both ends
100% inspection: Size measurement, surface inspection, flaw detection
Anti-rust treatment, plastic cap sealing, packing
5. Factory Inspection Items
Dimensional inspection: Outer diameter, wall thickness, length, ovality, straightness
Surface inspection: Visual inspection for cracks, scratches, pits, peeling
Mechanical tests: Tensile test, hardness test, flattening test, expanding test
Non-destructive testing: Eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing for internal defects
Hydraulic test (for fluid/hydraulic usage): No leakage under specified test pressure
