1. Product Overview
Boiler steel plate is special pressure-bearing steel plate dedicated for boilers, suffix "R" stands for boiler pressure service. As special medium & heavy plate for special equipment, it is produced by clean steel smelting with low sulfur & phosphorus, controlled rolling and heat treatment process. Specially designed for long-term high temperature and alternating steam pressure working conditions of boilers, it features stable high-temperature strength, impact toughness under hot-cold alternation, excellent weldability and fatigue resistance.Different from general pressure vessel plate, boiler plate is enhanced on high-temperature stress rupture strength, steam oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue performance. Divided into three series: medium-low temperature carbon boiler plate, high temperature Cr-Mo heat resistant boiler plate and low-temperature boiler plate. It acts as core raw material for power station boilers, industrial steam boilers, waste heat boiler drums, water wall headers and heat exchanger tube sheets, complying with domestic special equipment inspection standards and overseas boiler equipment export specifications.
