1. Product Overview
Precision seamless steel tube is high-precision seamless pipe manufactured from premium carbon and alloy steel billets through multi-pass cold drawing / cold rolling, bright annealing and precision finishing. Its core advantages include ultra-tight dimensional tolerance, oxide-free smooth inner wall, uniform wall thickness, and excellent roundness & straightness. It can be directly used for hydraulic cylinders, precision machinery, automotive components and other applications without secondary turning or honing.
Divided into cold-drawn precision tube and cold-rolled precision tube, it offers 5–10 times higher dimensional accuracy and significantly lower surface roughness than ordinary hot-rolled seamless pipes, with better pressure sealing performance. It is a high-precision pipe dedicated to high-end equipment manufacturing.
