1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) is manufactured by pickled hot rolled coil as raw material, through multi-pass cold rolling at ambient temperature, batch/continuous annealing, temper finishing and anti-rust oil coating. No high-temperature heating during whole production process, featuring bright oxide-free surface, superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish compared with hot rolled products. It combines excellent stamping formability and uniform mechanical properties, serving as special raw material for home appliances, automobiles, precision hardware, coating substrate and high-end machinery housings, suitable for precision deep processing such as bending, deep drawing, painting and electroplating.

5. Complete Production Process
Feeding pickled hot rolled coil → Surface cleaning & impurity removal → Multi-stand cold rolling thinning at room temperature (reduction rate 40%~80%) → Batch furnace/continuous bright annealing to eliminate work hardening → Temper mill finishing to improve flatness → Tension leveling → Anti-rust oil coating on surface → Slitting / longitudinal strip cutting → Steel strapping protection → Film covering on wooden pallet & warehousing
