1. Product Overview
High pressure boiler tubes are special seamless steel pipes for core pressure-bearing components of high-pressure, supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power generating boilers. They serve under long-term working conditions above 9.8MPa pressure and high-temperature steam of 450℃~650℃. Manufactured by premium carbon boiler steel and Cr-Mo-V heat-resistant alloy with complete quenching & tempering heat treatment, they feature outstanding high-temperature rupture strength, creep resistance, anti-oxidation, steam corrosion resistance and stable metallographic structure. Complying strictly with dedicated national boiler standards and international power piping standards, they act as core pressure-bearing pipes for power station boilers, industrial high-pressure boilers and petrochemical high-temperature heat exchange equipment.

Heat Treatment PerformanceAll tubes delivered under heat treatment state with refined uniform grains and eliminated rolling residual stress. Slow strength attenuation under high temperature, no deformation, cracking or creep failure during long-term high-temperature operation, superior impact toughness at both high and low temperatures.
