1. Product Overview
Cast pipe is formed by one-time casting of molten metal, different from rolled and welded steel pipes. Molten iron or steel liquid is poured into hollow molds via centrifugal casting, sand casting or lost foam casting to form complete tubular components after cooling. It can integrally form flanges, sockets, reducers, stiffeners and other complex structures without secondary welding splicing. The products are divided into four categories: ductile iron pipe, gray cast iron pipe, cast steel pipe and wear-resistant alloy cast pipe. They feature thick wall & high rigidity, wear & impact resistance, soil corrosion resistance, vibration & noise reduction, and customizable special-shaped non-standard structures. Widely used in municipal water supply & drainage, gas transmission, mine slurry transportation, wear-resistant pipelines for metallurgy & power plants, industrial medium pipelines under medium pressure. They comply with national special standards for municipal & industrial casting, as well as international ISO & EN export standards.

2. Main Material Grades & Application Conditions
Ductile Iron (QT450-10 / QT500-7)Spherical graphite structure with balanced strength and toughness, tensile strength ≥420MPa, anti-settlement & anti-ground deformation. Applied for municipal water supply, natural gas, sewage pressure pipe networks and underground main pipelines.
Gray Cast Iron (HT200 / HT250)Excellent vibration damping, noise reduction and wear resistance with low cost, relatively brittle. Used for gravity building drainage, indoor sewage, rainwater pipes and small low-pressure fittings.
Carbon Cast Steel (ZG230-450, ZG270-500)Much higher strength and toughness than cast iron, high temperature & medium pressure resistance. Suitable for metallurgical high-temperature flue gas, chemical medium pipelines, wear elbows and integral flange cast pipes.
Wear-resistant Alloy Cast Pipe (High Chromium Cast Iron, Manganese Alloy)Superior anti-scouring and slurry wear resistance, for mine tailings, power plant ash, coal powder and sand slurry transportation pipelines.

Raw material smelting → Furnace front composition test → Mold core making (sand core / metal mold) → Centrifugal / sand / lost foam pouring → Cooling & solidification → Shakeout & sand cleaning → Sprue cutting → Heat treatment (Annealing / Normalizing / Tempering) → Inner & outer surface grinding & cleaning → Anti-corrosion lining / external coating (cement mortar, coal tar epoxy, polyurethane, zinc coating) → Machining of joints (socket, flange, clamp groove) → Hydrostatic / air tightness test → Appearance & flaw detection → Marking & coding → Protection & packing for warehousing

8. Packaging, Marking & Logistics Delivery
Packaging: Plastic protective rings at both pipe ends to protect sockets & flanges, bundled with steel strips; large-diameter pipes fixed on wooden pallets separately, export pipes packed in wooden cases to avoid coating damage during transportation collision
Marking: Permanent printing on pipe body including nominal diameter, material grade, wall thickness grade, execution standard, heat number and manufacturer; product qualification label attached to each bundle, marked with pressure grade and anti-corrosion type
Delivery: Direct shipment from warehouse to Tianjin Port, suitable for 20GP/40HQ full containers and bulk carriers; delivery cycle 5–7 days, full container and LCL export supported
