1. Product Overview
H section steel (H-beam) is hot rolled load-bearing section steel with H-shaped cross-section, two parallel flanges and right-angle flange ends, integrally formed by web and upper & lower flanges, different from ordinary I-beam with inclined flanges. Classified into four series: HW wide flange, HM medium flange, HN narrow flange and HT thin-wall light H-beam based on cross-section proportion. Manufactured by high-temperature rolling of carbon steel and HSLA billets, it features large section modulus, excellent bending & compression resistance and light self-weight. It can be used as building beams & columns, bridge main girders, equipment bases and pile load-bearing components, widely applied in prefabricated buildings, workshops, high-rise buildings, photovoltaic projects, municipal bridges and full steel structure projects. Compliant with domestic hot rolled section steel standards and mainstream European, American & Japanese export industrial standards, custom processing including fixed-length cutting, punching, welding and hot-dip galvanizing is available.

Hot Rolled H Section Main Process
Incoming flaw detection of steel billets → Uniform heating at 1100~1300℃ in stepping furnace → Multi-pass universal mill rolling to form H cross-section → Sizing, straightening & cooling → Segmented cutting to fixed length → Surface cleaning & full inspection of dimension & appearance → Marking & coding → Bundling with steel strips & warehousing
Galvanized H Section Process
Degreasing & oil removal of finished H section → Hydrochloric acid pickling for oxide scale removal → Water washing & neutralization → Flux dipping & wetting → Hot-dip galvanizing at 460~520℃ → High-pressure air knife to remove excess zinc → Passivation anti-rust treatment → Inspection & packing

9. Packaging, Marking & Logistics Delivery
