1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Steel Coil (CRC) adopts pickled hot rolled coil as raw material, continuously cold rolled to thin gauge at room temperature below steel recrystallization temperature, then processed by annealing, temper rolling and oiling to form precise steel strip coils. Produced without high-temperature heating, it is free of mill scale defects, featuring mirror smooth surface, ultra-tight dimensional tolerance and excellent flatness. It is divided into 3 types: cold hard coil, bright annealed coil and black annealed coil. With outstanding stamping, bending and welding performance, it serves as core raw material for home appliances, automobiles, precision hardware and coating substrates. It complies with domestic standards and mainstream European, American & Japanese export industrial standards, and can be further processed by cut-to-length, slitting and film lamination.

Feeding of pickled hot rolled coils → Multi-stand continuous cold rolling for thickness reduction → Coiling of cold hard coils → Batch / continuous annealing (eliminate work hardening) → Temper rolling for flatness correction → Anti-rust oil coating → Slitting / cut-to-length processing → Full inspection of appearance, dimension and mechanical properties → Marking & coding → Bundling with steel strips & edge guards → Waterproof packaging & warehousing

8. Packaging, Marking & Logistics Delivery
Packaging: Metal edge guards installed on inner & outer circles of coils, cross steel strip bundling; export coils wrapped with inner waterproof plastic film and fixed on wooden pallets to prevent scratch and rust during transit
Marking: Permanent printing on coil side including material grade, thickness × width, stamping grade, coil number, heat number, weight, execution standard and manufacturer; product qualification label attached to each coil
Delivery: Direct shipment from warehouse to Tianjin Port, suitable for 20GP/40HQ full containers and bulk carriers; delivery cycle 5–7 days, FOB/CIF/CFR trade terms acceptable, full container & LCL export supported
