1. Product Overview
Shipbuilding steel plate is special structural steel for ship hull, deck, cabin and marine construction, widely used in bulk carriers, container ships, oil tankers, fishing vessels, engineering barges and offshore floating structures. All plates are certified by international classification societies, featuring high strength, excellent seawater corrosion resistance, superior low-temperature impact toughness, good weldability, fatigue resistance and lamellar tearing resistance, to adapt to harsh marine environment with wind, wave, seawater erosion and extreme temperature.

Slab heating → Descaling → Hot rolling → Controlled cooling / Normalizing → Leveling → Shot blasting → Ultrasonic inspection → Mechanical property test → Third-party classification society inspection → Priming paint → Marking & Packing
7. Processing Service
CNC flame/plasma cutting, bending, rolling, normalizing heat treatment, shot blasting, epoxy primer coating, customized prefabricated parts
8. Packing & Delivery
Packed with steel strips & wooden pallet, plastic film waterproof cover, edge protector to avoid damage. Each plate marked with grade, size, heat number, classification society logo.
Lead time: Standard stock items 5-7 working days; customized heat-treated plates 7-12 working days.
