1. Product Overview
Steel wire is linear metal profile produced by multi-pass cold drawing, heat treatment and surface coating deep processing based on hot rolled wire rod. Classified by carbon content into low-carbon, medium-carbon and high-carbon steel wire, with multiple surface treatments including black annealing, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, PVC coating and phosphating. It features high dimensional accuracy, graded mechanical properties, excellent flexibility, high tensile strength, corrosion resistance and easy bending & weaving performance. Widely used in construction binding, wire mesh manufacturing, springs, prestressed engineering, steel wire ropes, hardware, agriculture and cable armoring. Compliant with domestic special steel wire standards and mainstream European, American & Japanese export industrial standards, available in large coils, small coils, spools and straight cut lengths.

2. Main Material Grades & Application Conditions
2.1 Low Carbon Steel Wire (Q195/Q235, C≤0.25%)
Excellent plasticity, easy bending & welding with low cost, including black annealed wire, bright cold drawn wire and galvanized wire. For construction binding wire, wire mesh, baling wire, gardening tie wire and craft products.
2.2 Medium Carbon Steel Wire (45#, 55#, C 0.25%~0.60%)
Balanced strength and toughness, suitable for mechanical fasteners, cold heading screws, medium-load springs and agricultural machinery parts.
2.3 High Carbon Steel Wire (65#, 70#, 82B, C≥0.60%)
Ultra-high tensile strength and fatigue resistance. After oil tempering, used for industrial springs, steel wire ropes, steel strands, prestressed steel wires and tire cords.
2.4 Alloy Steel Wire (60Si2Mn, 50CrVA)
High temperature resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance, for heavy machinery springs, automotive suspension springs and construction machinery elastic components.

Black Annealed Wire: No coating, softened by annealing, low cost for temporary construction binding
Bright Cold Drawn Wire: Free of oxide scale, bright natural surface, for welded wire mesh and crafts
Electro-Galvanized Wire (EGI): Zinc coating 15–60g/㎡, for dry indoor environments, wire mesh and weaving
Hot-Dip Galvanized Wire (HGI): Zinc coating 60–280g/㎡, for outdoor, coastal and chemical high-corrosion areas
PVC Coated Wire: Galvanized base wrapped with plastic layer, anti-corrosion & insulation, for breeding fences and garden protection
