1. Product Overview
Boiler steel plate, also known as pressure vessel steel plate, is special steel for high temperature and pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and chemical reactors. Manufactured under strict pressure equipment standards, it features high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, excellent fatigue resistance, reliable weldability and forming performance. Uniform internal microstructure ensures long-term safe service under high temperature and cyclic pressure load.
Application
Boiler industry: steam boiler, hot water boiler, power station boiler drum, header, water wall

6. Production Process
Slab heating → Descaling → Hot rolling → Heat treatment → Leveling → Shot blasting → Ultrasonic inspection → Mechanical property test → Marking & Packing
7. Processing Services
CNC cutting, plate rolling, hot pressing head, bending, normalizing heat treatment, shot blasting, anti-corrosion coating, custom size cutting.
8. Packing & Delivery
Steel strip binding with wooden pallet, plastic waterproof film and edge protector. Each plate marked with grade, dimension, heat number and UT grade.
Lead time: Normal stock items 5–7 working days; alloy & customized heat treated plates 7–15 days.
Delivery port: Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, suitable for 40HQ container and bulk cargo export.
