Product Introduction
This flotation cell for beneficiation plant solution is a full scenario adaptive core separation equipment tailored for complete mineral processing plant production lines. It can be flexibly combined with different beneficiation process flows to meet the demands of roughing scavenging and cleaning operations at the same time. It is widely compatible with various raw materials including non ferrous metals ferrous metals precious metals and non metallic ores. It can support customized configuration for small scale test plants medium scale production lines and large modern beneficiation bases to form a complete and efficient flotation separation solution.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a mature and optimized mechanical agitation structure. The main motor drives the stirring component to rotate stably to form negative pressure which continuously sucks in air and raw pulp. The system fully mixes the pulp air and flotation reagents to generate a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The target mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as concentrate product while the remaining pulp flows to the next process unit. The whole system can be linked with other beneficiation equipment to realize continuous and stable full flow operation.

It supports modular combination and flexible capacity expansion to adapt to different plant scale planning and subsequent production upgrading. It can seamlessly connect with upstream grinding and classification equipment and downstream concentration and filtration equipment to form a fully automated closed loop production system. The optimized structure greatly reduces unit ore consumption and long term operation cost for the whole plant. It can provide targeted configuration adjustment according to the specific ore properties and process requirements of different beneficiation plants to ensure the best separation performance.
