Product Introduction
This flotation cell for mining plant contractor is a highly reliable engineering-grade separation equipment tailored for mining EPC general contractors. It strictly meets the requirements of standardized construction, short construction period and stable delivery of mining turnkey projects. It can be flexibly combined with other beneficiation equipment to form a complete flotation process system, helping contractors quickly complete the equipment installation and commissioning of the whole mining plant and ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and meets the design indicators.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring system generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as concentrate product, and the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent process units. The whole process runs stably and controllably, which is convenient for contractors to carry out unified process debugging.
