Product Introduction
This flotation cell for zinc ore processing solution is a professional high efficiency separation equipment tailored for complete zinc ore beneficiation production lines. It is specially optimized for processing sphalerite and other common zinc bearing ores and can perfectly match the full process flow of roughing scavenging and cleaning in zinc concentrators. It supports customized configuration for different production scales to form a stable and high performance flotation separation system for zinc ore processing.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring system generates steady negative pressure to continuously suck in air and ground zinc ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp air and zinc specific flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The zinc bearing mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable zinc rich froth layer. The froth is scraped out to become high grade zinc concentrate product while the remaining pulp flows to the next process unit for further separation.

This product has multiple targeted advantages for zinc ore processing solutions. The specially optimized flow field design significantly improves the recovery rate of fine zinc particles and the overall zinc recovery index is greatly improved compared with ordinary flotation cells. It can seamlessly connect with upstream grinding and classification equipment and downstream concentrate treatment equipment to form a fully automated closed loop production system. It effectively reduces the consumption of zinc flotation reagents and cuts the long term operation cost of the whole processing plant.
