Working Principle
The mature and optimized mechanical stirring system generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. Target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as high-quality concentrate, while the remaining pulp flows to subsequent process units. The whole process runs stably and controllably, effectively guaranteeing the beneficiation recovery rate of the investment project.
