Product Introduction
This flotation cell for silver ore recovery plant is a professional high efficiency separation equipment specially customized for silver ore beneficiation and recovery production lines. It is optimized for processing silver bearing ores such as silver sulfide ore and associated silver polymetallic ore. It can perfectly match the full process flow of roughing scavenging and cleaning in silver recovery plants. It supports customized configuration for different production scales to form a stable and high performance flotation system that targets high silver recovery rate.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring system generates steady negative pressure to continuously suck in air and finely ground silver ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp air and silver specific flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The silver bearing target mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable silver rich froth layer. The froth is scraped out to become high grade silver concentrate product while the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent recovery unit for further processing.
Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages for silver ore recovery plants. The specially designed flow field greatly improves the collision and attachment probability of fine silver particles and significantly increases the overall silver recovery rate. It effectively reduces the loss of micro fine silver particles in tailings to maximize the utilization rate of silver resources. It can seamlessly connect with upstream grinding equipment and downstream silver concentrate smelting and extraction equipment to form a complete closed loop recovery system. It maintains stable long term operation performance and effectively cuts the overall production cost of the silver recovery plant.
