Working Principle
The mature and optimized mechanical stirring system generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The target mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as concentrate product, while the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent supporting equipment units. The whole process maintains stable and controllable performance, which is convenient for suppliers to carry out unified parameter debugging and after-sales service.
