Product Introduction
This flotation cell for ore beneficiation factory is a general-purpose high-efficiency core separation equipment tailored for full-process mineral processing production plants. It can seamlessly adapt to different process links including roughing, scavenging and cleaning, and is widely applicable to sorting non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals and various non-metallic ores. It can support flexible configuration for beneficiation factories of different daily processing capacities, and is the key core equipment to ensure the stable and long-term operation of the whole plant.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring system generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and ground raw ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniformly distributed micro-bubbles. Target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as qualified concentrate, while the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent process units for further treatment. The whole process maintains continuous and stable operation to ensure consistent separation performance.
