Product Introduction
This flotation cell for mineral recovery system is the core high efficiency separation equipment built for full flow mineral recovery production lines. It can be seamlessly integrated into various mineral recovery systems for non ferrous metals ferrous metals precious metals and non metallic ores. It supports flexible configuration to match different process requirements of roughing scavenging and cleaning. It acts as the key link to convert ground raw pulp into high quality concentrate products and guarantees the overall recovery efficiency of the entire mineral recovery system.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring structure generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw pulp from the recovery system. The internal flow guiding components fully mix the pulp air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniformly distributed micro bubbles. The target mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable mineral rich froth layer. The froth is scraped out as qualified concentrate while the remaining pulp is delivered to the subsequent units of the mineral recovery system for further treatment. The whole process maintains continuous and stable material circulation to ensure consistent separation performance.
