Product Introduction
This flotation cell for tailings reprocessing is a professional high efficiency separation equipment developed for recovering residual valuable minerals from discharged mine tailings. It is specially optimized for the low grade fine particle materials in tailings ponds and can effectively recover residual non ferrous metals ferrous metals non metallic minerals and other recyclable components from old tailings. It is widely used in mine tailings comprehensive utilization projects to help enterprises improve resource utilization rate and reduce tailings emission pressure.
Working Principle
The optimized low shear stirring system generates mild and stable negative pressure to suck in air and pre treated tailings pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the low concentration pulp air and targeted flotation reagents to produce a large number of fine uniform micro bubbles. The residual trace valuable mineral particles in the tailings selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying recovered target minerals is scraped out as secondary concentrate product while the fully separated tailings are discharged for subsequent harmless treatment.

This product has multiple targeted advantages for tailings reprocessing scenarios. It has extremely high separation sensitivity for low grade fine valuable particles in tailings which significantly improves the recovery rate of residual resources. The optimized structure greatly reduces energy consumption per unit pulp to adapt to the large volume and low grade characteristics of tailings materials. It can effectively reduce the dosage of flotation reagents and lower the overall operation cost of tailings reprocessing. It can be seamlessly connected with the existing tailings conveying system of the mine without large scale transformation of the original production facilities.
