Product Introduction
This flotation cell for copper concentrator solution is a professional high efficiency separation equipment tailored for complete copper ore beneficiation production lines. It is specially optimized for processing chalcopyrite chalcocite and other common copper ores and can perfectly match the full process flow of roughing scavenging and cleaning in copper concentrators. It supports customized configuration for different production scales from small 100 ton per day copper processing plants to large 10000 ton per day modern copper concentrators to form a stable and high performance flotation separation system.
Working Principle
The optimized mechanical stirring system generates steady negative pressure to continuously suck in air and ground copper ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp air and copper specific flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The copper bearing mineral particles selectively attach to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable copper rich froth layer. The froth is scraped out to become high grade copper concentrate product while the remaining pulp flows to the next process unit for further separation. The whole process maintains consistent flow field and bubble state to ensure stable separation effect.
Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages for copper concentrator solutions. The specially optimized flow field design significantly improves the recovery rate of fine copper particles and the overall copper recovery index can be increased by 3 percentage points compared with ordinary flotation cells. It can seamlessly connect with upstream grinding and classification equipment and downstream concentrate thickening and filtration equipment to form a fully automated closed loop production system. It effectively reduces the consumption of copper flotation reagents and cuts the long term operation cost of the whole concentrator. It can adapt to different copper ore properties and quickly adjust parameters to maintain stable high grade concentrate output.
