Product Introduction
This flotation cell for mining consulting project is a standardized high adaptability core separation equipment tailored for mining consulting and turnkey engineering projects. It can be flexibly matched with various customized beneficiation process schemes provided by mining consulting teams. Working Principle
The mature and optimized mechanical stirring system generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw ore pulp. The internal structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro bubbles. The target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as concentrate product, while the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent process units. The whole process can be adjusted in parameters according to the process design of the mining consulting project to maintain the expected separation effect.
