Product Introduction
This flotation cell for plant engineering design is a highly standardized modular separation equipment tailored for the overall layout and process planning of new mineral processing plants. It can be seamlessly embedded into the plant engineering design system, matching different process flow layouts, space planning and production capacity design requirements. It is widely applicable to the preliminary construction planning of various non-ferrous metal, non-metal and coal washing plants, and provides stable core equipment support for the standardized implementation of the entire plant engineering project.
Working Principle
The optimized standardized stirring structure generates stable negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw pulp. The internal flow field design strictly follows the parameters specified in the plant engineering design, fully mixing pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce uniform micro-bubbles. Target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a stable froth layer. The froth is scraped out as concentrate, and the remaining pulp flows to the subsequent units according to the pre-designed pipeline direction. The whole operation process strictly matches the process rhythm set in the plant engineering design.
