  1. Product Introduction
    This flotation cell with low reagent consumption is an energy saving and cost optimized separation equipment developed for modern beneficiation production lines that focus on reducing chemical usage. It is widely applied in non ferrous metal processing coal washing non metallic ore sorting and industrial wastewater flotation treatment scenarios. It can maintain excellent separation performance while significantly cutting the usage of flotation reagents.   2. Working Principle
    The equipment adopts a specially optimized stirring and mixing structure. The high efficiency stirring component creates a highly dispersed turbulent area in the local mixing zone. The tiny reagent droplets can fully contact and mix with the mineral particles evenly in a very short time. This design greatly improves the utilization rate of the reagents and avoids the waste caused by uneven mixing and excessive reagent addition. The internal flow guiding structure maintains a stable separation flow field which ensures that the mineral particles that have fully reacted with the reagents can smoothly attach to the bubble surface and complete the separation process without extra reagent supplementation.

    This product has multiple outstanding advantages in reducing reagent usage. The optimized mixing structure improves the reaction efficiency between reagents and mineral particles so that the total flotation reagent consumption can be reduced by 20 to 30 percent compared with ordinary flotation cells.
