Product Introduction
This flotation cell with froth control system is an intelligent upgraded separation equipment built for precise froth state management in modern beneficiation production lines. It is widely used in high precision non ferrous metal sorting precious metal recovery and large scale coal washing scenarios that have strict requirements on froth thickness stability and overflow speed. It solves the common pain points of traditional flotation cells such as unstable froth layer easy froth collapse and inconsistent concentrate quality caused by manual adjustment. The high precision visual detection module installed above the tank continuously captures real time images of the froth layer. The system automatically identifies key parameters including froth thickness bubble size rising speed and color characteristics through built in intelligent algorithm. The control unit dynamically adjusts the air intake flow pulp liquid level and froth scraping speed according to the preset optimal working parameters. It can automatically correct the froth state in time when the feed property or flow rate fluctuates slightly. The whole closed loop adjustment process keeps the froth layer in the best stable state all the time to ensure consistent separation performance.Core Features
