Product Introduction
This flotation cell with high concentrate grade is a precision separation equipment specially developed for beneficiation scenarios that require strict final concentrate quality. It is widely used in high purity non ferrous metal ore sorting high grade non metallic ore processing and precious metal recycling production lines. It can effectively reduce the impurity content in the froth product and directly output high quality concentrate that meets the subsequent smelting or deep processing standards. It is an ideal choice for production lines that have strict requirements on final product quality indicators.Working Principle
The equipment adopts a multi stage steady flow separation structure. The pre treated pulp is fed into the tank at a precisely controlled low flow rate. The optimized stirring system generates uniform and fine bubbles with appropriate size. The target high purity mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface while the impurity particles that are easy to be mixed in are stably left in the lower pulp phase. The internal special flow guiding structure prolongs the rising path of bubbles and makes the entrained impurities fall back to the pulp again. The highly purified mineralized bubbles finally rise to the liquid surface to form a thick and stable froth layer which is scraped out to obtain the high grade concentrate product.Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages for high quality concentrate output. The specially optimized flow field design greatly reduces the entrainment of gangue impurities in the froth and the final concentrate grade can be increased by 10 to 20 percent compared with ordinary flotation cells. The precise adjustable air intake and liquid level system can fine tune the froth thickness and residence time to further screen out mixed impurities. It can effectively reduce the subsequent concentrate purification process and directly cut down the overall production cost of the whole beneficiation line. It can maintain stable high grade output for a long time even when dealing with complex low grade raw ores.
