Product Introduction
This flotation cell with continuous operation is a large scale uninterrupted separation equipment developed for modern high throughput beneficiation production lines. It is specially built to match the 24 hour non stop production rhythm of large mining groups coal washing bases and industrial recycling processing plants. It can seamlessly connect with the upstream grinding and classification system and the downstream concentration and filtration system to form a fully automated closed loop production line. It eliminates the frequent shutdown and restart operations of traditional intermittent flotation equipment and greatly improves the overall production efficiency of the whole workshop.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a multi compartment series connection structure with independent flow balance adjustment function. The raw pulp is continuously fed into the first compartment at a stable preset flow rate and fully mixed with air and flotation reagents under the action of the built in stirring system. The mineralized bubbles carrying target particles rise to form a froth layer which is scraped out continuously by the automatic froth scraping device. The remaining pulp automatically flows into the next compartment through the overflow port at a stable liquid level to carry out the next stage of flotation separation. The whole process maintains continuous and stable material input and output without manual intermittent feeding or discharging operations. The built in automatic monitoring module adjusts the air intake and liquid level in real time according to the feed condition to keep the separation state consistent all the time.
Core Features
This product has multiple prominent advantages for long term uninterrupted production. The optimized sealing and transmission structure can support more than 8000 hours of continuous stable operation every year without frequent shutdown for routine maintenance. The automatic balance system between each compartment can automatically adjust the liquid level and flow rate to avoid material blockage or pulp backflow even under long term full load operation. It can be directly connected to the central control system of the whole plant to realize unattended operation and greatly reduce the labor intensity of on site operators. The series connection design of multiple compartments can extend the effective residence time of materials which significantly improves the recovery rate of low grade fine target particles under continuous large throughput conditions.
