3. Working Principle
Our factory builds log washers based on a time-tested, inclined counter-current washing design combined with intense mechanical attrition.
Controlled Material Feeding: Raw, clay-bound material enters the lower end of the inclined trough (feed intake), where it is thoroughly saturated by a high-pressure water spray system.
Aggressive Dual-Shaft Attrition: Dual solid-forged steel shafts (revolving shaft or log) rotate counter-directionally toward each other. The interlocking, alternating alloy paddles (spiral) repeatedly cut, chop, and shear through tough mud matrixes. This forces the rocks to grind against each other (material-on-material attrition), stripping away stubborn impurities.
Efficient Dual Stream Discharge: The specialized pitch of the paddles continuously moves the heavy, thoroughly cleaned aggregate up the incline, discharging it at the high end (Ore discharge). Simultaneously, the dissolved clay and lighter waste form a slurry that flows downward, exiting via the low-end overflow weir (Clayey overflow).
