Product Introduction
The Log Washer is a heavy-duty scrubbing and washing equipment designed for mining applications, specializing in the deep desliming and purification of high-viscosity ores, clay-rich materials, and agglomerated feedstock. It is specifically engineered for materials that conventional sand washers cannot effectively process, such as clay-coated ores, cemented lumps, and sticky mineral aggregates.
This equipment is widely used for mineral ore processing, river gravel washing, construction sand cleaning, and sticky material pre-treatment. It performs reliably in harsh and complex working conditions, significantly improving material cleanliness and enhancing final product grade.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts an inclined tank structure combined with a dual-shaft counter-rotating spiral system. It operates based on the combined action of mechanical scrubbing and hydraulic classification washing.
After entering the tank, the material is first softened through water immersion. High-torque, wear-resistant blades rotate at low speed, continuously tumbling, compressing, and rubbing the material. This process effectively breaks up agglomerated lumps and removes stubborn clay and impurities attached to the material surface.
Fine clay and light impurities are discharged through the overflow system with the water flow, while clean material is conveyed and discharged by the spiral blades. The system completes the entire process of desliming, impurity removal, purification, and conveying in a fully automatic operation.
