1. Product Introduction

2. Working Principle

1. Clay breaking and loosening
Raw ore enters the inclined tank and is continuously tumbled and rubbed by spiral blades. This action effectively breaks down hardened clay lumps and strongly bonded red soil, fully removing surface mud from the ore.
2. Washing and density separation
With continuous water spraying and flushing, high-density clean ore particles settle, while light clay, fine mud, and impurities remain suspended in the slurry, achieving effective stratification and separation.
3. Stable discharge of clean ore
After desliming, clean ore is smoothly lifted and discharged by the spiral blades, then dewatered and transferred to downstream crushing or beneficiation processes.
4. Centralized slurry discharge
Suspended sludge and light waste materials are discharged through the tail-end overflow outlet, ensuring complete separation of ore, mud, and water, preventing re-contamination and ensuring long-term stable operation.
