Product Introduction
The Log Washer for Sticky Material Washing is a heavy-duty scrubbing and washing machine specifically designed for high-viscosity, strongly adhesive, and agglomerated materials. It is engineered to handle wet clay, sticky mud, clay-bound minerals, and mixed sticky feedstock commonly found in mining and aggregate industries.
Conventional washing equipment such as sand washers or ore washers often suffer from clogging and insufficient cleaning performance when dealing with sticky materials. This machine addresses these challenges through a powerful mechanical scrubbing structure, effectively solving industry problems such as material coating, adhesion, lump formation, and difficulty in impurity removal. It is widely used in the pre-treatment and desliming of various metallic ores, non-metallic ores, and aggregate materials, significantly improving material cleanliness and final product quality.
The equipment adopts a heavy-duty reinforced frame with an anti-sticking structural design, ensuring stable operation under high-moisture and high-viscosity conditions. It is suitable for continuous large-scale production in mining plants and aggregate processing facilities.
Working Principle
The equipment features an inclined tank structure with a dual-shaft counter-rotating spiral system. It operates based on strong mechanical scrubbing and hydraulic classification washing.
Sticky, agglomerated material enters the tank and is first softened by water immersion. High-torque, wear-resistant blades rotate at low speed, continuously tumbling, kneading, and rubbing the material. Through intense mechanical scrubbing force, adhesive clay layers and sticky coatings attached to the ore surface are effectively broken and removed.
The softened clay and fine impurities are discharged through the overflow system, achieving complete separation of sticky material, impurities, and clean ore. The cleaned material is smoothly conveyed and discharged by the spiral blades, completing the entire process of de-sticking, desliming, purification, and conveying in a fully automated operation.
