The Wear-Resistant Paddle is the core wear part of a Log Washer, acting as the critical component that determines both washing efficiency and the equipment's overall service life.

The Log Washer is a heavy-duty industrial washing system manufactured by Henan Staurk Machinery Co., Ltd., specifically engineered to process materials with high clay contamination. When conventional screw sand washers fail to break up stubborn clay, agglomerates, or soft rocks, our Log Washer delivers thorough cleansing through the aggressive scrubbing action of its dual parallel paddle shafts.
It is widely utilized in the washing stages of aggregates, mineral ores (such as iron ore and manganese ore), and construction waste recycling.
2. WORKING PRINCIPLE
The operational core of the Log Washer lies in the advanced design of the paddles on the shafts:
Aggressive Scrubbing & Crushing: Two parallel shafts rotate in opposite directions. The staggered paddles (or wear blades) mounted on the shafts exert a powerful "friction and tumbling" effect on the material matrix. The corrugated surface design of the paddles significantly enhances the crushing force applied to stubborn clay and soft aggregates.
Material Conveying & Separation: The paddles rotate at a precisely engineered pitch angle. While executing the aggressive scrubbing, they simultaneously push the cleaned material toward the elevated discharge port. Meanwhile, the stripped clay and impurities are carried away by the water flow and discharged through the lower overflow weir.
