1. Product Overview
High pressure boiler tubes are seamless pressure-bearing steel pipes manufactured in accordance with GB/T 5310-2023. They are specially designed for high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions with pressure ≥9.8MPa and temperature ranging from 450℃ to 700℃. As core pressure-bearing components of thermal power, cogeneration and petrochemical high-pressure boilers, they endure long-term loads including high-temperature steam erosion, flue gas corrosion and continuous creep stress.
Different from ordinary medium and low pressure boiler tubes (GB 3087), the molten steel for high pressure boiler tubes undergoes LF+VD secondary refining. All products are subject to full-process non-destructive testing, delivering superior high-temperature resistance, creep resistance and stable metallurgical structure.

4. Production & Manufacturing Process
Billet Smelting: Continuous casting round billets, LF refining + VD vacuum degassing. Strict control of sulfur, phosphorus, hydrogen and oxygen residual impurities to reduce high-temperature embrittlement risks.
Forming Modes
Hot Rolled Tubes: Piercing → Pilger Hot Rolling → Sizing → Straightening. Suitable for large-diameter and heavy-wall tubes with dense and uniform internal structure.
Cold Drawn / Cold Rolled Tubes: Multi-pass precision drawing after annealing hot rolled hollow tubes, featuring higher dimensional accuracy for outer diameter and wall thickness, specially used for thin-wall small-diameter tubes.
Heat Treatment (Core Process): All tubes adopt unified normalizing + tempering quenching and tempering treatment to eliminate rolling stress and stabilize metallographic structure.
20G: Normalizing at 900~930℃ + Tempering at 650~700℃
15CrMoG/12Cr1MoVG: Normalizing at 930~960℃ + Tempering at 680~750℃
P91/P92: Normalizing at 1040℃ + High-temperature Tempering at 760℃
Finishing & Inspection: Cutting pipe ends, hydrostatic test, full-length ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current testing, full dimensional inspection, spraying marking and anti-rust protection.

8. Surface Treatment, Packing & Delivery Information
Surface Condition
Hot rolled tubes: Original state with black oxide scale; Sand blasting rust removal available upon request.
Cold drawn precision tubes: Bright annealed surface free of oxide scale.
Pipe ends: Sealed by plastic caps to prevent water ingress and rust during transportation.
Packing Method
Small-diameter tubes: Bundled with steel strips, each bundle attached with material certificate.
Large-diameter heavy-wall tubes: Bundled by 1 or 2 pieces with blue steel wire ropes, pipe ends covered with plastic protective caps.
Export packing: Wrapped with rainproof plastic film and coated with marine anti-rust oil.

Chemical composition tested furnace by furnace, strict limit on harmful residual elements such as As, Sn and Pb.

100% hydrostatic test, holding pressure for 5 minutes without leakage.
100% automatic ultrasonic flaw detection, complying with Grade L2 flaw detection standard.
Full visual inspection for each tube: Free of cracks, scratches, scabs, delamination and deep rust pits.
