3.1 Classification by Material

1. Mild Low Carbon Wire (Ordinary Binding Wire)

- Material Grade: Q195, Q215, Q235B - Performance: Good plasticity, easy to bend and weld, low cost with low strength and soft state - Tensile Strength: 390–785MPa - Application: Construction binding wire, nail making, gardening binding, carton packaging, ordinary welded wire mesh weaving

2. High Carbon Hard Wire (Industrial Load-bearing / Spring Wire)

- Material Grade: 45#, 60#, 65#, 70#, 75#, SWRH45A/SWRH62A/SWRH72A - Performance: High strength, excellent elasticity, fatigue resistance and wear resistance with sorbitizing treatment - Tensile Strength: 1225–3135MPa - Application: Mechanical springs, steel wire ropes, screen meshes, prestressed components, tire beads, rope-making wires

3. Alloy Steel Wire

Alloyed with manganese, silicon, chromium and other elements, it features ultra-high wear resistance and fatigue resistance, suitable for high-end bearings, auto parts and heavy-duty industrial springs.

3.2 Classification by Surface Treatment

1. Black Annealed WireNo coating, with blackening and softening treatment. Suitable for binding and nail making in indoor dry environments with the most competitive price.

2. Hot-dip Galvanized WireThick zinc coating (80–280g/㎡) with excellent anti-corrosion performance, applicable for outdoor projects, agricultural greenhouses, fences and river protection works.

3. Electro-galvanized WireThin and uniform bright zinc layer (40–70g/㎡), widely used for hardware accessories, pull wires and small-sized wire meshes.

4. PVC Coated WireOuter plastic coating with anti-scratch, anti-rust and insulating properties, ideal for garden fences, breeding nets and isolation protection facilities.

5. Copper Coated WireExcellent electrical conductivity, used for welding wires, rubber reinforcement skeletons and communication cables.

7. Storage, Transportation and Usage Notes

2. Transportation: Handle with care to avoid violent impact causing coating damage and wire deformation; reinforce pallets and adopt full moisture-proof packaging for sea freight. 

3. Usage: Keep uniform tension during wire unwinding to avoid knotting and bending-induced stress fracture; avoid excessive cold bending of high-carbon hard wires to prevent cracking.

8. After-sales and Customization Services

  1. Customizable material, wire diameter, zinc coating thickness, surface treatment, fixed length and special-shaped section as required;

  2. Provide material certificates, mechanical performance test reports and export inspection certificates;

3. Payment Terms: 30% TT deposit, 70% balance against bill of lading copy, L/C is not acceptable; 

4. Sufficient stock with stable 5-7 days delivery cycle.
