I. Product Description
This module belongs to the ABB Advant OCS/S100 series of DCS system 8-channel analog output board card. It converts the digital signals issued by the controller into standard industrial voltage and current analog signals, which are used for precisely regulating on-site equipment such as valves, frequency converters, actuators, etc., to achieve closed-loop regulation of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow. It is a rack-mounted plug-in type industrial DCS spare part. Currently, the original factory has discontinued production and is mostly used for replacing old control systems in power plants and chemical industries.

Product Performance
The eight channels are independent of each other. A single-channel failure will not affect the normal output of the remaining channels.
Dual protection of software and hardware against overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit to prevent the board card from being burned out due to on-site line faults.
Support for long-distance analog signal transmission, with strong resistance to industrial electromagnetic interference.
Can be calibrated, range configured, and self-diagnosed for faults online.
Compatible with the backplane high-speed bus communication of the Advant system, with high real-time data transmission.
Support for parallel expansion of multiple modules in the rack, enabling large-scale expansion of analog control points.
