I. Product Description
This module belongs to the ABB Advant S100 DCS system and is a 4-channel relay-type digital output module. It realizes analog output through internal relay contacts and is used to drive on-site solenoid valves, indicator lights, alarms, small contactors, etc., to complete equipment start-stop, status indication, fault alarm, etc. control, and is a rack-mounted plug-in industrial spare part. It is mainly used for replacing spare parts in old DCS systems such as thermal power and chemical industries.

Product Performance
The four channels are electrically isolated from each other, and a single-channel contact failure will not interfere with the operation of other channels.
The design of passive contacts is suitable for various on-site load power supply circuits of AC and DC, and the wiring is flexible.
Built-in over-voltage surge protection circuit can suppress reverse voltage shock generated by the on-off of inductive loads in the field.
Supports online diagnosis and can upload the relay engagement, disengagement, and channel fault status to the controller in real time.
Based on the high-speed backplane bus communication of the system, the timing of issuing switch instructions is strong, and the control response is stable.
Multiple modules can be stacked in the same rack for installation, and the on-site switch control points can be flexibly expanded.
