I. Product Description
This module belongs to the ABB Unitrol 6000 series generator excitation control system. It is the core main control CPU module of the excitation regulator, integrating signal acquisition, AVR voltage regulation, reactive power control, system logic interlock, fault protection, and multi-link communication functions. It collects the voltage, current, and rotor excitation parameters at the collector end, calculates and outputs the thyristor trigger instructions. It works in conjunction with the GFD233A optical communication module and the KUC711AE power rectification unit to achieve stable regulation of the generator terminal voltage and reactive power, supporting a dual-channel redundant architecture. It is mainly used for replacing various station excitation control cabinets.
