1. Product Description
The ABB PFCL201 series pillow-block type vertical force tension sensor adopts ABB's patented Pressductor magnetoelastic measurement technology. It features an integrated stainless steel structure and is equipped with a fixed protective cable. It is mainly installed at the bearing seats of guide rollers and tension rollers, accurately measuring the running tension of band-like materials such as steel belts, paper, films, and copper foils, converting mechanical tension into standard electrical signals and transmitting them to the tension controller to achieve constant tension closed-loop control during the winding and unwinding process of the roll. The CE version is a fixed cable industrial harsh environment version, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, and film production lines for tension measurement and control, and belongs to industrial high-precision force measurement spare parts.
