I. Product Description
This module belongs to the ABB Unitrol series of generator set excitation system thyristor power rectifier unit module. It is the core power execution component of the excitation system, converting the AC power through three-phase thyristor rectification into controllable DC excitation current, which is supplied to the rotor winding of the generator. It cooperates with the excitation regulator to achieve precise closed-loop regulation of the terminal voltage and reactive power. It has multiple hardware protection functions and is widely used in ABB static excitation control cabinets for thermal power, hydropower, and gas-fired power stations. It is a high-power rack-mounted industrial power spare part.
