I. Product Description
This product is the FS9001 series ultraviolet flame detector under the Reuter-Stokes brand of GE. It adopts silicon carbide (SiC) ultraviolet sensing technology and is a dedicated flame detection sensor for gas turbines and industrial boilers. It can monitor the combustion state of the furnace flame in real time. When the flame goes out, it quickly outputs a signal to trigger fuel cutoff and safety interlock protection. It is equipped with a 316 stainless steel explosion-proof housing, suitable for hazardous explosion-proof working conditions. It transmits the flame intensity signal via 4-20mA analog quantity to the combustion safety control system. It is a core safety spare part for power stations and petrochemical gas turbine systems.

Product Performance
Exclusive ultraviolet spectral detection, capable of shielding interference light sources such as sunlight, electric welding arc light, and workshop lighting, effectively eliminating false alarms and false flame-out protection actions.
High temperature resistance and radiation resistance, suitable for high-temperature, strong vibration, dusty, and oil-stained harsh working conditions of gas turbine furnaces. Supports water cooling for temperature reduction and is compatible with ultra-high temperature installation positions.
Two-wire 4-20mA transmission, simple wiring, can provide real-time feedback on flame intensity, and can also detect abnormal current to diagnose disconnected lines and sensor failures.
Built-in hardware self-checking circuit, can regularly self-check the working status of the optical lens and sensing chip, and outputs fault current when abnormal to facilitate system warning.
Stainless steel sealed welding structure, corrosion-resistant and resistant to oil erosion, suitable for long-term continuous operation in coastal, chemical, and salt-spray humid environments.
Compatible with various fuel flames for detection, such as natural gas, heavy oil, and diesel. Highly versatile, can be directly replaced with mainstream gas turbine flame probes of the same specification.
