I. Product Description
The three-phase power phase module (Phase Module) of the ABB ACS6000 medium and high-voltage inverter is a core power conversion unit of the high-voltage inverter. It is equipped with large-power IGCT thyristor power components, water-cooled cooling structure, drive triggering circuit and hardware protection circuit. It converts three-phase high-voltage alternating current into DC bus voltage and then converts it back into adjustable frequency and voltage alternating current to drive high-power high-voltage motors. It achieves continuous and stable operation under high-power conditions through water-cooling cooling, and is currently out of production by the original factory. It is mainly used as a spare part for high-voltage inverter systems in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and power.

It adopts a three-level topology power architecture, with low harmonic content in the output waveform, which can reduce the insulation loss of high-voltage motors and extend the service life of the motors.

Fiber isolation drive triggering circuit, with complete electrical isolation of strong and weak circuits, resistant to strong electromagnetic interference inside the inverter, avoiding false triggering and false protection faults.
Built-in real-time fault diagnosis circuit, capable of detecting IGCT component faults, water cooling leakage, overheating, overcurrent, bus overvoltage and other abnormalities. Fault signals are uploaded to the main control system through fiber for precise alarm.
Modular plug-in rack structure, supporting single-module online rapid replacement, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance of high-voltage inverter equipment.
Supports parallel expansion of multiple phase modules to flexibly adapt to different power levels of ACS6000 high-voltage inverters, with strong system compatibility.
Equipped with hardware anti-mis-triggering and soft start buffer circuits, capable of suppressing voltage and current shocks caused by power-on and load sudden changes, protecting power components from breakdown and damage.
