This device is an ABB Pressductor series dual-channel tension measurement amplifier, specifically designed to be compatible with PFCL and PFTL series magnetically-pinned tension sensors. Product Performance
Supports sum, difference, and average value calculations for two tension signals, accurately calculating the total tension of the roller system and the deviation of single-sided tension. It suppresses lateral load interference.
Built-in multi-level digital filtering algorithms can filter equipment vibration and inverter electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and non-jumping tension measurement data.
Equipped with a liquid crystal display and operation keys, it supports on-site zero-point calibration, range calibration, unit switching (N, kN, kg), and does not require an upper computer for debugging.
Dual-channel analog output + DP bus dual data output, can directly connect to the inverter for closed-loop speed regulation or be connected to industrial buses for remote centralized monitoring.
Has self-check functions for line break, sensor failure, and overload, with fault indicator lights alarming and uploading fault codes, facilitating rapid troubleshooting.
Supports cascading networking of multiple amplifiers and is compatible with multiple production lines and multiple points for centralized tension collection scenarios.
