1. Product Introduction
Laboratory Ring mill adopts a universal drive shaft and is powered by a V-belt of a 1.5kW fixed motor, achieving greater power and longer service life. The multi grinding bowl design allows you to choose grinding bowls of different capacities according to your needs, with a maximum processing capacity of 1600 grams of samples, enabling the preparation of various ore samples.
2. Application
Can be used for crushing ores, minerals, metallurgical samples, ceramics, soil, aggregates, chemicals, and similar particles.
3. Working Principle
Laboratory Ring mill operates by placing a sample inside a sealed chamber containing a hardened steel ring and a stationary puck or plate. As the motor rotates the ring at high speed, the sample is subjected to repeated high-pressure compression and shearing forces between the ring and the stationary surfaces, effectively crushing the material into fine particles. Grinding time and pressure can be adjusted to control particle size with precision, ensuring consistent fineness for reliable laboratory analysis. The enclosed grinding chamber also prevents sample loss, cross-contamination, and dust exposure, maintaining sample integrity and operator safety.
