1. Product Introduction
Laboratory roller crusher also known as the experimental double roll crusher or experimental roll crusher, has a basic structure consisting of fixed rollers, movable rollers, transmission shaft, body, chassis, casing, and long gear casing.
2. Application
Mainly used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials. Crushing of materials such as coal, gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore, phosphate ore, etc.
3. Working Principle
The two rolling rolls rotate in opposite directions, and the material enters the middle of the pair of rolls in a tangential direction. As the pair of rolls rotates, the gap continuously narrows. The material is subjected to the rotational meshing force of the grinding rolls and is crushed into small particles under squeezing and grinding, which are discharged. The gap between the grinding rollers can be adjusted between 0mm and 20mm according to the requirements of the crushing particle size to obtain the corresponding particle size.
