Product Introduction
The stone scrubber uses a rotating cylinder and internal scraper, as well as the inherent pebbles and rocks in the material, to decompose clay, lumps, and soft oxides. The cylinder of the washing machine slowly rotates, resembling a huge washing machine. Materials of different thicknesses and water are simultaneously rolled and stirred together, effectively releasing useful minerals from muddy soil and clay.
2. Application
Suitable for weathered sand, quartz sand, granite, pebbles, limestone, gold ore, iron ore, and various other ores.
3. Working Principle
The material enters the rotating drum through the feeding port and is cleaned under the combined action of gravity, friction, and hydraulic flushing. The lifting plate on the inner wall of the drum continuously lifts and throws the material, creating a strong impact and friction; At the same time, high-pressure spray water penetrates the material layer, effectively peeling off the clay inclusions. Wash the ore and transport it forward with the inclination angle of the drum, while impurities are discharged through the sieve holes with the mud water.
