Biomass BoilerDust Collector
The biomass boiler adopts a combustion device most suitable for biomass fuel combustion - the reciprocating grate. In terms of structural design, compared with traditional boilers, the furnace space of this boiler is larger. At the same time, a very reasonable secondary air is arranged, which is conducive to the full combustion of a large amount of volatile matter instantaneously precipitated during the combustion of biomass fuel. The boiler can be equipped with a fuel (gas) ignition burner to realize automatic ignition. The feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply, and ignition of the boiler can all be automatically controlled, making the operation very convenient. The boiler is equipped with an automatic ash cleaning device, which can timely remove the ash on the heating surface of the boiler to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the boiler. A coal economizer is arranged at the tail of the boiler, and an air preheater can also be arranged according to the user's needs. Compared with traditional boilers, this boiler has higher efficiency and lower exhaust gas temperature. High - efficiency insulation materials are used, the surface temperature of the boiler is low, and the heat dissipation loss can be ignored.

Design requirements
1、The selected emission standard is "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers" 〖DB44/765 - 2010〗. This standard stipulates that the allowable concentration of particulate dust (others) outside the perimeter is30mg/m3.
2、The noise complies with the "Noise Standard for Mechanical Equipment" and the "Noise Standard for Factory Boundaries of Industrial Enterprises".
3、The dust collection rate must reach over95%.
Biomass boiler dust collectorThe treatment process is to treat the flue gas generated during the production process of each boiler separately. The flue gas and dust generated by the boiler enter the cyclone dust collector through the dust suction pipe. At this time, the large particles in the flue dust are separated under the action of the centrifugal force of the cyclone dust collector. The large particle dust is discharged from the cyclone dust collector, and the fine particle dust enters the bag filter. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust adhering to the surface of the bag is first concentrated in the ash hopper of the dust collector through pulse blowing, and then recycled or utilized by the blanking controller. The purified gas after being treated by the bag filter is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the fan. After the treatment of the dust-containing flue gas of the boiler by the bag filter, the pollution of the flue dust to the surrounding environment can be reduced, achieving the purpose of clean production.
