Coal-fired boiler dust collector
Coal-fired boiler dust collectorIt uses advanced domestic composite material, fiberglass resin. It is corrosion-resistant, highly wear-resistant, and has a long service life. It is multifunctional and integrated, with a small footprint, easy to install, and does not require any additional power. It has small resistance and low water consumption. The spraying system is made of stainless steel304 material, which solves the problems of corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance, and relatively perfectly solves some practical problems existing in wet desulfurization dust collector equipment.
The boiler dust removal equipment consists of a hopper, an upper box, a middle box, filter bags, a dust cleaning and blowing device, etc. During operation, high-temperature flue gas flows into the hopper through the air inlet on the hopper. Due to the gravitational sedimentation effect, coarse dust particles directly fall to the bottom of the hopper, playing a role of pre-dust collection. At the same time, the air flow speed slows down. Slight dust turns upward with the air flow and enters the middle box. The dust is filtered and retained by the high-temperature filter bags and accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags. The filtered gas passes through the filter bags and enters the upper box to the air outlet, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan. The dust accumulating on the outer wall of the filter bags increases continuously. When the set time is reached, the pulse controller sequentially triggers and opens the pulse solenoid valves at intervals, so that the compressed air in the compressed air tank is pulsed and blown through the blowing pipes to each row of filter bags for dust cleaning, causing the filter bags to expand sharply in an instant and shake off the dust accumulating on the outer wall of the filter bags. The dust peeled off from the filter bags settles to the hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge gate valve.
Features of coal-fired boiler dust collector
1. The design of the dust removal equipment is flexible without affecting the dust removal effect. It has a small volume, high air velocity, low noise, low energy consumption, and low later maintenance cost.
2. The high-temperature dust-containing gas is cooled to avoid scalding the filter bags, affecting the dust removal effect or causing a fire.
3. When the dust gas passes through the ash hopper, due to the upward folding change of the airflow, the larger dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to their own weight, thus achieving the pre-dust removal effect.
4. The chamber pulse ash cleaning work is adopted, which can clean the ash thoroughly without affecting the dust removal work. It also provides convenient conditions for maintenance, repair and replacement of the bag cages during the non-stop operation of ash cleaning and dust removal.
5. The chamber pulse ash cleaning method is adopted, which extends the injection time, reduces energy consumption, reduces the wear of the pulse valve diaphragm and the keel filter bags, and increases the service life of the vulnerable parts.
