UV Photocatalytic OxidationEquipment
UV photocatalytic oxidation equipment decomposes waste gas molecules through photolysis: First, the waste gas is cut, broken, burned, and cracked by light in the 253.7-nanometer wavelength band, which changes the molecular structure. Then, light in the 185-nanometer wavelength band is used to catalytically oxidize the waste gas molecules, allowing the damaged molecules, neutrons, or atoms to combine with O3. This causes the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high-molecular malodorous compounds to transform into low-molecular compounds such as CO2 and H2O during the catalytic oxidation process. Moreover, more than 27 corresponding inert catalysts are configured according to different waste gas components. The catalysts use honeycomb metal mesh as the carrier to fully contact the light source. The inert catalysts undergo a catalytic reaction below the 338-nanometer light source, amplifying the light source effect by 10 - 30 times, enabling a full reaction with the waste gas, shortening the contact time between the waste gas and the light source, and thus improving the waste gas purification efficiency. The purification effect of the waste gas after UV photolysis exceeds the standard values of the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB14554 - 93), Table 2. Then, the waste gas after photolysis treatment enters the activated carbon adsorption box.
UV Photocatalytic Oxidation Equipment Structural Features:
Adopts a combined structural design, with low wind resistance≤400Pa, no noise, no need for special personnel management, and simple operation; the main components can be easily disassembled, repaired or replaced, and the purification efficiency can reach≥90%.
1.Pre - filter cotton: It has fire - proof and dust - separating functions, effectively isolating and filtering relatively large debris;
2.Ultraviolet lamp tubes: High - energy ultraviolet light beams to remove organic odorous waste gases; each lamp tube is150W, and the normal lifespan of the lamp tubes is8000 - 12000 hours;
3.Electrical box switch door: There is a control switch forUV lamp tubes inside, which is convenient for overhauling components such as the power supply and light tubes;
4.Plasma: According to the characteristics and properties of the waste gas, a pulse high - frequency high - voltage plasma is configured to degrade pollutants (optional);
5.Activated carbon layer: An activated carbon adsorption layer can be added at the outlet end as required (optional).
UV Photocatalytic Oxidation Equipment Technical Features
1. Non-toxic and has no side effects. It completely surpasses traditional air purifiers such as ozone. It can continuously sterilize and remove dust in an environment where people are present, and has no toxic side effects on the human body. It can comprehensively intercept and kill various types of bacteria in the air. Tests have proven that the killing rate of Legionella, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, black variant spores, and natural bacteria reaches99.91 - 10 ten thousand levels.
2. Eliminate the odor of polluted harmful gases. Primary electrons are accelerated in the electric field and collide with oxygen molecules in the air. When the energy exceeds the ionization potential of oxygen molecules, oxygen molecules are rapidly ionized. The oxygen molecule that loses an electron becomes a positively charged oxygen ion (O2+), and the released electron combines with another neutral oxygen molecule to become a negatively charged oxygen ion (O2－). As a result, the oxygen ions are polarized and adsorb neutral oxygen molecules to form an ion group with an aggregation of oxygen such asO2+,O2－,O2 . It has extremely strong oxidizing properties and can oxidize and decompose harmful components in polluted air into harmless products and water in a very short time.
Practice has proven that most harmful substances in polluted air at a certain concentration can be oxidized and decomposed within a very short period of time, with an average conversion rate of over90%.
UV Photocatalytic Oxidation Equipment Precautions:
1. This equipment cannot be used to purify flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases; the treated exhaust gas must be discharged outdoors.
2. The ultraviolet light beam of the built-in lamp tube is harmful to human eyes and skin. Please use it with caution.
3. Operating environment: Ambient temperature:+10～+40°C; Humidity:20～90%; Airflow temperature 80°C.
4. When installed outdoors, rainproof and sunshade awnings should be provided to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.
After UV photocatalytic oxidation equipment decomposes the malodorous gas, it can achieve harmless emission without secondary pollution. At the same time, it can effectively disinfect and sterilize.
