QTS-4 All-Weather Solar Radiation Data Recorder Modbus RS485 Solar Radiation Recording Instrument Real-time Solar Radiation Measurement
I. Overview
The QTS-4 All-Weather Solar Radiation Data Recorder is a portable solar radiation recording instrument featuring easy portability and simple operation. Equipped with a high-performance microprocessor as the main control CPU and a large-capacity data memory, the product can accurately measure, display and store solar radiation data. Real-time solar radiation measurement can be realized by connecting an external solar radiation sensor, and the interval cumulative and daily cumulative values of solar radiation can also be read simultaneously.
This set of equipment is suitable for all-weather outdoor operation with no manual intervention required during working. It adopts a portable, waterproof and shockproof structure and a low-power, environmental-friendly and energy-saving module design, boasting high detection accuracy. An AC/DC dual power supply is optional, and a built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery enables continuous operation for more than 15 days, with power failure protection and automatic shutdown function when the battery is low. In addition, a dedicated meteorological bracket and a solar power supply system can be optionally configured to meet the needs of long-term unattended observation at fixed outdoor locations.
Data can be downloaded to a computer via the matching USB cable and meteorological station software, facilitating further processing and analysis of meteorological data by users. The instrument can be widely used in meteorology, environmental protection, airports, agriculture and forestry, hydrology, military, warehousing, scientific research and other fields.
II. Functional Features
1. The product structure is designed in accordance with industrial control standards, with windproof, rainproof, corrosion-resistant and strong magnetic interference resistance performance, making it suitable for long-term field use.
2. Adopting an integrated structure, it integrates a data logger, sensors and a portable carrying case into a single chassis for extremely convenient field portability.
3. The outer chassis is mould-pressed from aluminum-plastic materials, featuring an attractive and robust design with simple installation; it can be mounted anywhere for immediate testing.
4. The system is designed with low power consumption, and the built-in battery can work continuously for more than 15 days on a single charge.
5. A large-screen LCD display enables viewing of real-time monitoring data and all setting parameters.
6. Equipped with a high-performance microprocessor as the main control CPU and a large-capacity data memory, the supporting data management software can display real-time test data, generate historical curves and reports. Test data is stored automatically (the storage interval is configurable), and saved in the standard EXCEL format for call-up by other software; the device can connect to a printer for automatic data printing.
7. Data transmission methods: supporting wired transmission via RS485/RS232 and wireless transmission via GPRS/WiFi.
8. The QTS-4 Data Recorder can be paired with various solar radiation meters including those for global solar radiation, diffuse radiation, direct radiation, net radiation, reflected radiation, ultraviolet radiation and photosynthetically active radiation, and can collect radiation data from up to three channels simultaneously.
9. Data can be uploaded to a cloud platform, supporting real-time viewing on mobile devices anytime and anywhere.
