I. Overview
The EC-9X2 Sunshine Wind Vane is designed for outdoor, all-weather wind direction indication. It features a surface treated with electrostatic spraying and coated with a highly adhesive red paint. At night, its red LED illuminated arrow clearly indicates wind direction, visible from hundreds of meters away. This not only guides people to safety in hazardous situations but also serves as an attractive landscape feature.
Constructed with imported bearings, the wind vane boasts a low starting wind speed and high sensitivity, capable of indicating direction even in gentle breezes. Made entirely of metal with a lightweight aluminum alloy frame, its surface offers excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring a service life of over 10 years. It is ideal for long-term use in harsh environments such as chemical plants and oil tank farms.
II. Operating Principle
The product utilizes a unique patented technology to transmit electrical signals to the rotating illuminated cursor without any wired connections, effectively resolving the issue of cable entanglement caused by the rotation of the wind vane. It also incorporates automatic control technology, allowing users to set the activation time and duration of the light source according to their specific requirements.
III. Product Features
1. The length, size of the wind vane and the height of the pole can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. High-sensitivity bearing enables 360° rotation with a starting wind speed of less than 0.5 m/s.
3. Surface treated with electrostatic red paint coating, ensuring no paint peeling or fading and maintaining its original color.
4. 620–760 nm red LED light source provides long visibility at night with a distinct warning effect.
5. The LED indicator automatically turns on at night and off during the day. The arrow points directly to the escape direction, eliminating the need for secondary judgment and avoiding delays in evacuation.
6. Can be equipped with an electrical signal output interface for connection to an anemometer alarm. With dedicated wind speed and direction alarm analysis software, it enables remote monitoring and alarming of wind speed and direction.
7. Dual power supply options: AC220V and DC12V. Solar power can be used in sites without AC power.
8. All-metal body with a five-proof design: waterproof, explosion-proof, corrosion-proof, dust-proof and shock-proof, suitable for use in various harsh explosion-proof environments.
